March Update
Rickmansworth Herts
We have finally completed all works on Roads, Sewers & 27 nr over sites for a Housing Association/Lindum Homes partnership in Shepherds Lane Rickmansworth, Herts. We originally started works in November 2013 with site clearance and have since completed the handover very recently, Friday 13th March 2015. This contract was not without issue with shared access being afforded to a Worship Chapel, Social Club and an additional developer whilst we endeavoured to construct the new access road and install all the core services. O’Boyle Brothers undertook all the site clearance, earthworks, adoptable & private drainage, full road & footpath construction, excavations for all service provisions and all foundations and floor slab works for 27 nr dwellings.
Plant Hire
Daryl Turner, Plant Hire Manager of O’Boyle Brothers Plant Hire Ltd is eagerly awaiting the delivery of new 3 ton Terex Dumpers and pedestrian rollers from BTE plant, Leicester. Due to the recent upturn in orders for new plant, delivery dates have been increased with suppliers struggling to meet demand.
O’Boyle Brothers Plant Hire budget for new plant in 2015 is expected to be over a quarter of million pounds.
