We are currently working alongside O’Boyle Brother’s Ltd on a scheme of 44 nr new build apartments in Rotherham.    They are an extremely professional and diligent outfit who are more than happy to provide advice stemming from their experience, and have been of particular assistance in devising an earthwork support system when it came to installing the PCC retaining wall within an awkward space whilst giving due attention to the live environment opposite.   The works on site have been of an excellent quality whilst also not having any h&s issues noted.     From a commercial standpoint, the relationship and regular conversations allow issues to be discussed and agreed as early as possible,  variations are billed out allowing Esh to see clearly what/how each one has been priced.    Esh have worked with O’Boyle Brothers Ltd on numerous schemes and would not hesitate to recommend their services.

I would like to thank Rick, Chris and the rest of the team for handing over the full ground package to us on time and to a very good standard. The site was very challenging due to poor weather at the beginning of the year with torrential rain and floods plus a very tight programme. The site was mainly a cut and fill project but with the ground being saturated the only option to meet the programme was take off site and import suitable material which O’Boyle Brothers managed to find despite all local tips being closed. The whole team were very proactive and approached the works in a very organised and professional way ensuring works carried out were correct and to expected standards. The works being retail also involved working with and around other contractors at very short notice which was never an issue, being involved at weekly co-ordination meetings. The client was very pleased with the final product and I have no doubt we will be working with O’Boyle Brothers again in the very near future.

I would confirm that O'Boyle Brothers Ltd ground workers have successfully completed the refurbishment of a former B&Q store, car park and associated 278 works safely, on time, to the required quality and budget.

This project was delivered within challenging timescales and required close co-ordination with the local highway authorities, complex traffic management and close coordination of a number of utility companies. I believe that this will become the first of many projects for Wates over the years to come.
